If you paid in-store using a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or EFTPOS gift card, your refund will be issued onto a JD Sports gift card.
Prepaid gift cards are typically non-reloadable, which means we’re unable to return funds to the original card once it has been used.
Please note:
- Refunds for purchases made using prepaid gift cards can only be issued onto a JD Sports gift card
- We’re unable to provide cash refunds or refund to an alternative payment method
- JD Sports gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue
