A 2004 Error Code means your raffle entry was declined, usually due to a payment issue.
Check your PayPal account
Make sure your PayPal account:
Has sufficient funds for the pre-authorisation charge
Is linked to a valid, non-expired card (update if needed)
Trying again
After resolving the issue, you’ll need to re-enter the raffle using a different email address. You can reuse the same PayPal account.
