Our delivery partners typically deliver between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
If you’re not home, the courier will try to leave your parcel in a safe, dry place.
If a safe drop isn’t possible, the parcel may be taken to a nearby collection point or post office for you to collect, depending on the carrier.
