You can view your order history by logging into your JD account on the website or JD App.
Website or account
Go to Account Settings or Order History to view your past orders, including order details and tracking information.
JD App
Open the app and tap Account, then select Order History.
Guest checkout
If you checked out as a guest, your order will not appear in your account unless you create one. You can still find your order details in your confirmation email, including tracking information.
