You can update your personal details by logging into your JD account on the website or JD App.
To update your details:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Personal Details
- Update your information (such as name, email, or phone number) and save changes
Please note: Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to update the delivery address or contact details for that order.
