You can delete your account directly through the JD App.
Steps:
- Open the JD App
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Delete My Account and follow the prompts
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently removed.
Please note: Our Customer Care team is unable to delete accounts on your behalf. This can only be done through the JD App for privacy and security reasons.
