Change of mind
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your online order or purchasing in-store, with proof of purchase.

Where you can return items
In-store
You can return or exchange items free of charge at any JD Sports store in New Zealand.
This applies to:
- Online orders
- In-store purchases
- JD App orders
- In-store kiosk orders
Proof of purchase is required.
Online returns
Online and app orders can be returned via our Returns Portal for a refund.
A return postage fee of $10.95 applies and will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note:
- Returns via the Returns Portal are for refunds only
- Exchanges must be completed in-store
- In-store purchases cannot be returned via the Returns Portal

Return conditions
Items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Have original tags and packaging attached
- Not be final sale items
Do not attach labels or tape to product packaging.

Final sale items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Swimwear, underwear, and jewellery
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Personalised items (unless faulty or incorrect)
- Crep Protect Spray

Proof of purchase
Accepted proof includes:
- Receipt
- Order confirmation email
- JD Sports app order history

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
