Items purchased through JD Sports New Zealand must be returned within New Zealand.
This includes:
- Orders placed on the JD Sports New Zealand website or app
- Purchases made at any JD Sports New Zealand store
Returns and exchanges can only be processed in the country where the purchase was made.
