You can exchange online orders, in-store purchases, app orders, and in-store kiosk orders free of charge at any JD Sports store in New Zealand. This is subject to our Returns Policy and on presentation of proof of purchase.
All exchanges must be completed in-store.
Simply bring your item along with your proof of purchase, and our team will help you exchange it for a different size, colour, or item (subject to availability).
If the item you want is not available in-store, you can return your original item and place a new order instead.
