All returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Please ensure your items meet the return conditions before submitting your return.
Return or exchange in-store - Returning in-store is quick, easy, and free.
- Simply bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to any JD Sports store in New Zealand.
- Online orders, app orders, in-store purchases, and in-store kiosk orders can all be returned in-store.
Return by post
Online orders can be returned by post within 30 days of receiving your order.
Simply visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to submit your return.
Please note:
- Returns submitted through the Returns Portal are for refunds only
- A return postage fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund
- If you'd like an exchange, please visit a JD Sports store
Once your return has been received and processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
