Your return will be processed as normal, and your Afterpay or Klarna payment plan will be updated automatically.
How refunds work
- If you’ve already paid one or more instalments, those payments may be refunded depending on your balance
- Any remaining unpaid instalments will be adjusted or cancelled
- If no instalments have been paid, future payments will be cancelled and no refund is processed
Partial returns
If you return only some items from an order with multiple items, the return amount is usually deducted from your remaining balance rather than a full refund being issued.
Important information
Please continue to make any scheduled instalment payments while your return is being processed, as payments cannot be paused or stopped during this time.
Once your return is finalised, your payment plan will be updated automatically.
