To make sure your return is accepted, please follow these packaging guidelines:
General returns
- Place your item(s) in a protective bag or box suitable for transit
- You can reuse the original packaging, use a plastic or paper bag, or obtain packaging from your local post office
Shoe returns
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox in undamaged condition
- Do not place tape, labels, or stickers directly on the shoebox
- Place the shoebox inside a separate postal bag or box before sending
Please note: returns may not be accepted if the shoebox is damaged.
