Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for your order.
If you no longer have access to that card, your bank will usually transfer the funds automatically to your linked account.
What to do next
- Check your online banking to see if the refund has been received
- If it hasn’t appeared within 5 business days, contact your bank for assistance with locating or transferring the refund
