If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check the following:
Track your order - Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or visit our Track Your Order page. This page shows all delivery updates, including current location, estimated delivery progress, and any split shipments.
Check your delivery details - Make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct on your order confirmation or JD account.
Check safe places - Your parcel may have been left in a safe place.
Split deliveries - Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels. You’ll receive a tracking link for each delivery, and your full order will still arrive.
