We can update your delivery address if your order has not yet entered the picking process. Once picking has started, we’re unable to make any changes.
Just placed your order
Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t started picking, we may be able to update or cancel it.
Order already shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to redirect it directly with New Zealand Post.
You can do this via the NZ Post App by adding your tracking number and selecting the option to redirect your parcel once available.
